The other day it snowed really hard here...well not really hard but for most of the day. So mommy and daddy decided to bundle me up and take me outside. I am not sure what this snow stuff is, but I am sure next year will be more fun...

Today I got to go to Colin's birthday party! We had a blast and my parents can't believe that it has already been a year...only 4 more months for me!

I had a blast and got lots of neat toys. Here are some pictures of me opening a few:

So today I am 8 months old. I am crawling like a pro, cruising everywhere possible, eating cheerios like they are going out of style and I can go up the stairs all by myself.

While Grammie was here, we had an early Xmas so I could open some presents with her. It was lots-o-fun! Here are a couple of slideshow gifs of what the day was like:

don't agree. I got hives all over from Mommy putting cinnamon in my applesauce and oatmeal. Here is one on my face:

To make matters worse, when I poopied later that night, I got hives on my bootie from the cinnamon. I didn't really seem to mind, but my Mommy felt really bad. I hope I outgrow this allergy as I have heard that most kids do!

Grammie had to leave on Tuesday...it hasn't been the same without her here! Here is a picture with her right before she left!

I hope she can come visit again soon (hopefully my birthday in April)!

So with this new standing trick that I have learned, nothing is safe from me practicing including the stairs. So far I have made it up just one stair, but Daddy made me stop.


So now, the cat food, water and the stairs are all behind a gate. Mommy and Daddy don't want me to get hurt. I am not very happy when they put up the gate! Oh, and not to mention when they close the pantry doors!

I have been playing with my toys lately, but I have decided that my basket that my toys go in is just as fun as the toys. Colin's mom bought it for me/my parents. Here are some pics of me playing:

I have been practicing "real" crawling lately, but my pants and socks are too slippery. Daddy took them off the other night for a few minutes so I could practice. It was cold, but he wanted me to practice. Here are some pictures:

I decided that I like to play in the cat's food and water bowl. I like to stick my hands in everything:

My parents had to move the food and water bowl and put a gate up! I guess they figure that I shouldn't play in it!

Not only do I like to wrestle Colin, but here I am wrestling Nibbler. I won!


After I was finished I moved on to Moxie:

She threw in the towel before I was able to take her down!

My friend Colin came over the other day to play. At first I was much more interested in standing and hanging out with his parents, but towards the end I showed him some of my wrestling moves. Here are some highlights:

Colin's 1 year birthday is December 29. I am looking forward to his birthday party!
