| Off | No line power or USB cable disconnected |
| Yellow | Power applied, firmware downloading from host computer |
| Blinking Yellow/Green | Power-On Self Test (POST) passed, looking for DSL signals |
| Blinking Green | DSL line attempting to connect to the network |
| Solid Green | Modem is operational and connected to the network |
| Red | Hardware failure |
| Blinking Yellow | Modem is in maintenance mode |
