Weizen

Name: Weizen
Brewed In/Type: Illinois (Home Brew)/Weizen
Dennis: Light body, highy effervescent, has the look of apricot nectaur probably due to the yeast it was brewed and bottled with. The spices remind me of fall and pumkins personally sort of like the Castle: Weiss, but nothing to over powering. Very nice brew, and perfect for the fall.
Jen: Another home brew from a friend of a friend. It is quite good and easy to drink. Slighty spicy with almost a nutmeg flavor to it. It is light and bubbly. Quite a good beer. Dennis and I will have to get tips from both of these guys when we start brewing our own beers!
