So who are we?
Just two people who happen to really enjoy pretty much every type of beer out there.

Where do you get your beers?
Usually we try to purchase what we can from around the local area, or while out on trips. We also use this information to list what we paid for, and where you can find them when possible. Occasionally, we're able to get fellow beer lovers to ship us special brews we couldn't otherwise get locally.

How do you review a beer?
This is actually a pretty big issue with us. We always try to drink the review beer first, before any others. We also generally try to review one beer per day, so the tastes don't get mixed up or influenced. We never review a beer at a restaurant (due to loud noises, serving type, and smoke) because you can never really rely on it. We almost always review beers that come in a bottle. The reason behind this is because we want to mimic how most people would drink a beer. And the differences between a bottle and tap are huge!

What are the scores based on?
Pretty much it's a judgement call. We almost always review the last bottles of beer in a pack so we have had time to "get to know" the beer. Some beers really can grow on you after you've had a few of them over the course of a week. The scores are something we discuss at the end of both our reviews and agree upon together. Also if Juliette likes the beer, it helps :)....yes our cat likes beer. We know it's weird.
