I have decided that standing is fun. I use anything possible to pull myself up. Here is a video of me using the Bose stereo and the TV stand:
I love to smack things, too! Mommy, Daddy, kitties, floor…you name it, I smack it!
I discovered that I had some toys above me in my jumperoo! I showed Mommy and Daddy them by reaching up for them and pulling them down to me.

I also like to chew on the dragonfly. You would think that I am teething, but my doctor says there is no sign yet:
When my Aunt Heather came to visit way back when I was a teeny tiny baby, she brought me some great toys. Here is another one that is a great hit:
As you can see, I picked it out of all the toys in my playpen. It has some cool rings on it and some things I can stick in my mouth; always a popular choice!
A few nights ago I decided to be extra difficult with my dinner (mostly because Daddy volunteered to do it). I had fun and so did Mommy but Daddy started to get mad:
By the way, I was eating peas, sweet potatoes and barley. Didn’t I make a nice mess!?!
but my feet exist and are they yummy and fun to play with!
Daddy freaked out (he thinks feet are icky) but in the end he thought it was cute! Mommy just thought I was adorable (as usual)!
So recently I have discovered that this house has a lot more space for me to explore. I made my way out into the kitchen. I haven’t quite got the “crawling” thing down, but I am very mobile so my parents better watch out:

I have been learning how to drink out of a sippy cup. It is lots of fun and I get really excited when Mommy and Daddy give it to me after dinner. Here I am practicing:
I still make a big mess, but it is only water and I have to learn. It is lots of fun though and Mommy and Daddy get really excited when I do it right!
I have been practicing sitting like a big boy! Everyday I get better at it and I am trying to get myself into a sitting position, but I haven’t yet gotten that down. Mommy says I need to use my hands to do it, but I am trying just on shear will and ab muscles!
