Dogfish Head: 90 Minute IPA

Name: Dogfish Head: 90 Minute IPA
Brewed In/Type: Milton, DE / IPA
Bought at/Price Woodman's / $8.99 4 pack
Dennis: This IPA rates probably among the highest at ratebeer.com and other sites, and fiinding it was actually pretty hard considering it's almost always sold out. This is a very aggressively hopped beer as they state on the label. The smell is very strong, and the first impression is very bitter and heavy, but quickly dissolves away into a lighter body which saves this beer from being overbearing and syrupylike. While I feel that the price is a little too high, the craftsmanship in this beer and quality of the hops are among the best.
Jen: This is a high quality IPA. The carbonation is among the best and the body is a nice medium to full. The hops are evenly spread throught the taste of the brew and is accompanied by the wonderful flavor of barley. This may be slightly overpriced, but for a special occasion it is definitely worth it, especially if you love a good IPA.
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
