Dennis: Another fine brew from Sam Adam's. This is certainly a heartier brew than a typical ale, with a heavy sweet smeel to it. Deep malty taste with a lingering sweetness underneath this is not a heavy brew, but not a light brew.
Jen: This is a nice Holiday brew with great undertomes of chocolate and caramel. It has the makings of a stout and a slight finish of IPA. The body is medium to full and the after taste leaves hops and burnt chocolate. It is easy to drink and a nice addition to any holiday celebration.
