Dennis: I had higher hopes for this beer. Upon further research we found out this isn't brewed in Japan, but rather in CA. Which is a disturbing trend we seem to be seeing more of. As for taste, there really isn't anything here to describe. It's pretty much PR hyped generic beer. If you swapped it with any other generic macro brew you probably wouldn't notice (ie. MGD, Michelob, etc). Your 8.99 would be better spent purchasing ....dare I say...Leinenkugel than anything else. For 3 bucks more you could have gotten 30 cans of Michelob Golden Light.
Jen: *yawn. This is kind of a boring beer. Nothing really special to set it apart from others. It is light bodied with mild flavors that you can barely taste. What it lacks in body is not made up in taste. Not worth trying at all.
