Name: Demolition (Goose Island)
Brewed In/Type: Chicago, Illinois/Ale
Dennis: Strong deep golden ale, with a thick body and a complex taste of spices/malts and hops. This is like Golden Monkey's little brother taste wise. Very tasty but not recommend for lightweights. You to really love a spicy/malty, subtly hoppy beer to have this, especially because of it's high alcohol content (8%). Personally I like it, but the price especially is prohibitive for a 4 pack.
Jen: To me this beer is just okay. It has a high ABV (8%) so it was kind of a gimick to buy. It is just like Golden Monkey except milder. It has fruity flavors with a mild honey after taste. It is a strong-flavored beer.
