Dennis: This has to be one of the lightest dark beer's I've ever had. If your looking for Guiness then this is not the beer for you. That being said, this is still and enjoyable little beer that has more flavor than a regular beer, but not as much "bulk" as a real stout. Once again Berghoff comes out ahead in the cost department, making this beer a solid choice.
Jen: So they say that this is a dark beer. Yes, it is dark in color, but not necessarily in flavor. Don't get me wrong, I really like this beer, but for a dark beer it is very light. However, this beer is very easy to drink and full of flavors. This was not the first time I had had this beer and it won't be the last. It is a good beer and I enjoy it.
