Ever get dressed in the morning, and then walk by the mirror an notice your underwear matches your shirt? I think the creepy factore is amplified by the gender. If you a chick, then it's cool and shows you are tasteful....if your a guy (which I am) it's just kinda weird.
I mean weird like when a 40 year old man with a bad comb over and a weight problem buys 10 can's of Insta-cheese topping at 2:27am.

Spybot: Search and Destroy (immunize is your friend, and so is update)
Ad Aware 6.0 (once again, update is your friend)
There are a few other tricks of course, but I need to keep my secrets...although i think i've taught jen to much already
