Best things in life are free...my ass

There's really nothing better to put you in a grumpy mood than waking up and seeing an email about a bill that's totally jacked up.

Now I just get to sit here festering until they open up so I can call 3 freaking different numbers to fix them all. Sure they can combine the bill, but they can't deal with issues in just one place.
