They call it a vacation, but the work just really waits for you

Man, it's going to take a while to catch up on all the stuff that happened while we were gone. Just picking up the house with all the hours Jen is working will take days.

So I'm still sifting through the 300mb of pictures we took on the vacation, rotating, cropping, adjusting contrast and stuff will take me at least a few days if not weeks. But our photographers have posted a sample collage they made while we were on our honeymoon.

We haven't seen any of the wedding pictures yet, so this is a first for us as well. Very nice of them to put something up like this so quickly.

How sad is it that I found out from the photographer's blog where you went on your honeymoon? I can't remember if I completely missed it or if you never said in your blog.

How was the cruise? Which cruise line did you take? I took an Alaskan cruise last September and it was awesome! I can only imagine that you had an even better time than I did. :)

Aw now don't be like that. I just didn't want to mention anything until I had all the pictures sorted out and ready for posting. I was gonna write all about it here petty soon.

I didn't know you went on a cruise ever....i'll be really interested to hear what you think. I wish you had been on our cruise with us :)

It's all good. I honestly didn't know if you had mentioned your honeymoon plans here and I missed it, or if you were secret agent about it. Now I know you were being covert about it. Lest the rest of your readers suddenly purchased cruise tickets on the very same trip! What a "coincidence" that would've been! :P

The cruise was a family vacation to celebrate my dad's retirement. We took the Norwegian Cruise Line and was on the Vision of the Seas.

I don't think I went into great detail about it in my blog, but I did post a couple of pics in my photo blog. I took over 300 pictures while in Alaska and started the picture taking frenzy in Vancouver, where we departed.

Congrats on the wedding. The pics look like you all had a really beautiful ceremony.

Yay! You're back.

How funny that your photographer has a weblog. It's a photog log.
