What I learned today

When you need to soak beer bottles in bleach for a week....don't use an aluminum pot. Bleach eats away at aluminum and even stainless steel. :(

I guess I should be happy my Vista beta DVD arrived today...but I don't have a spare DVD drive to install in the computer I wanted to put it on :(

Yep, same applies when using hair dye - never let it come in contact with metal ;-)

But...why would you bleach beer bottles?

In preporation of bottling them with beer. We're doing our first batch of home brew.
