So yesterday we bottled our beer. 48 bottles from a 5 gallon batch. It's amazing how clean you have to be when doing something like this. Seriously every single little thing that touches anything has to get sanitized like 50 bazillion times.

Anyways, it's all done so now we wait 10 - 14 days to see if we made something drinkable.
