Ever have one of those days that you just don't feel good for no reason? I have no idea why, but my stomach is killing me lately. Actually woke me up in the middle of the night for a while. Not even a serious pain, but more of a general unhappiness. Of course it didn't help that Chloe decided he needed attention at 2am. He doesn't meow much, but when he does it's the most pitiful sound you've ever heard. Always makes me worried something wrong with him....like he's going to expel a sea of vomit or something. Got a lot to do today at work, so I can't sit around here feeling ill...but man I wish I could afford to take a sick day today. On the bright side, at least I don't have to pack a lunch or anything. I'm having lunch with a vendor today (which is another reason I can't call out sick). Guess that means I should put on some clean clothes as well My stupid computer speakers keep going out. I've got this old Altec Lansing set (two satellites and a sub) that I bought like 5 years ago for $50 bucks. And at the time they were hella sweet. They're still not to bad (only really listen to music, and don't have a fancy sound card) but the right speaker keeps going MIA for no reason. And the only way to fix it is to turn them off, wait for the "pop" and then back on. I'm keeping my eyes open for a great deal on new ones...but until then I just keep turning them off and on like 5 times a day, which is a huge pain, because it's not just a normal button or switch. To turn them on and off you have to hold down two buttons at once. God would I love to get ahold of the guy who thought that was a good idea and smack him. Moving on....
- Pow Pow Power wheels. Looks like old jackass to me, I think that's Bam....but still I never saw it and it's funny as hell. - Bulk task killer in XP. If your like me, you probably shut down every program you can when playing video games (I.E. Half Life 2) to get a little extra performance out of it. I haven't played with it yet, but looks hella cool to me. - They just released Tales of Phantasia for the GBA. I know which game I'm gonna play next. And now for pictures of Gizmo:
