Got wood?
So we burned through the wood created from the two branches a while ago and discovered something...we both really like burning fires. So we've been pricing out a face cord of mixed hardwood locally and finally settled on National Tree Service for $75 delivered.
Plus as an added bonus I ran across a real deal while looking for some other stuff for the house. A metal wood holder for only $28 bucks!
Anyways, they dropped off the wood today. They were about 2 1/2 hours late doing it...but they did at least drop it off. And to be honest, it's not like I had to be home for them to drop it off....I just didn't want to leave a check in the front door.
Doesn't look like a lot does it? Didn't to me at first...then I started stacking:
Damn....that's a lot of wood.

metaphorically very much like a relationship...at first it seems the level of effect and element of contrl she has over your life seem nominal and non-invasive...but as soon as you try to arrange things in preparation for everyday use...bam!! then the reality of the situation becomes apparant.
